Pre-Sprouted Activated Barley Is full of protein, enzymes, micronutrients and vitamins which include potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, beta carotene, B1, B2, B6, C, folic acid and pantothenic acid, providing almost 5x the iron found in spinach, nearly 7x vit C in comparison to oranges, 4x the vitamin B1 in the whole wheat flour, 30x more vit B1 and 11x the amount of calcium found in milk as well as 80 micrograms of vitamin B12 per 100 grams of dried barley plant juice.
Wheat Grass is commonly considered as a ‘superfood’ since as little as
one pound of fresh wheat grass is equivalent in nutritional value to 23 pounds of fresh vegetables! Wheat grass is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins (including vitamin A, all the B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K), minerals (including iron, phosphate, boron, copper, selenium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, chromium, manganese, phosphorous, silicon and zinc). In addition to that, Wheatgrass is a great source of dietary fibre, complete plant protein and natural enzymes which include: oxidase, lipase, protease, amylase, catalase, peroxidase, tranhydrodinase and superoxydismutase (SOD).

Kelpcontains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including iodine, iron, and calcium, vitamin B12, omega-3 fats as well as antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, carotenoids and flavonoids. CarrotIs believed to help to strengthen the immune system and protect the body against free radical damage.
